Common questions
- What counts toward viewing bandwidth?
- Live HLS playback and sermon replays delivered through our CDN. Simulcast to Facebook, YouTube, and X uses your stream upload and is not counted against your plan’s viewing allowance.
- What if we need more than our plan includes?
- Buy prepaid viewing bandwidth from your dashboard for a big weekend, or upgrade (e.g. Pro for multi-stream + simulcast, Mega for 6 TB, 1080p60, and larger libraries). Multi-campus and custom needs are on Enterprise.
- Can we add bandwidth later?
- Yes — purchase additional CDN bandwidth from your dashboard anytime. Prepaid blocks stay on your account for 90 days. No plan change required.
- Which plan includes social simulcast?
- Basic includes 2 social destinations (Facebook, YouTube, or X). Pro has 3, Mega 6, and Enterprise more — any mix. Assign destinations per stream. 24/7 Live does not include social restream.
- Can people watch on Roku?
- Yes. On a Roku device, open the Channel Store and search ChurchLiveStreaming. Any plan can enable public listing so your church can appear with live services and recent recordings. Viewing on Roku counts toward your plan’s CDN viewing allowance, same as the website player.
- Is public listing and Roku included on every plan?
- Yes. Basic, 24/7 Live, Pro, Mega, and Enterprise can all list on churchlivestreaming.com and the Roku channel. Listing is on by default when you join; you can turn it off in dashboard settings anytime. Upgrade for more streams, bandwidth, storage, and social destinations—not for directory or Roku access.
